Anja Teiwes is partner with ZENK. She studied law at the Georg-August-University in Göttingen. She has been a lawyer since 1996 and joined ZENK in 1999.

Her practice focuses on all areas of architectural and engineering law, in particular on advising on contractual and fee matters. Her clients are mainly planning offices, architects, engineers and structural engineers. She also advises on the tendering of planning services, both for clients and contractors.

Since 2018, Mrs. Teiwes has regularly supported projects that are carried out in the form of In­te­gra­ted Pro­ject De­li­very (IPA). The focus is on advising on the negotiation and conclusion of multi-party contracts.

Mrs. Teiwes is also involved in the IPA Center, where she is the head of section 4 “Contract”.
