Janine Schöne, born 1988 in Ahlen (Westphalia), studied law and completed her legal clerkship in Münster and Hamburg after completing a training as IT assistant. She has been an attorney since 2017 and has since worked as an attorney in real estate law, investment law and corporate law in a boutique real estate law firm in Hamburg.

Janine Schöne joined ZENK in January 2019 as a lawyer in the areas of real estate law, real estate law, tenancy law, residential property law, corporate law, capital markets law and investment law.

In November 2022, Ms Schöne successfully completed the part-time Master’s program “Real Estate Law” and was awarded the university degree Master of Laws (LL.M.) by the Faculty of Law of the Westphalian Wilhelms University Münster.

Ms. Schöne is salary partner with ZENK.

Ms. Schöne advises national and international clients on real estate transactions including legal due diligence, commercial tenancy law, asset management and project development. A further focus is the advice and support in the establishment of real estate funds (real estate alternative investment funds “AIF”), as well as the ongoing advice of our clients on specific corporate, capital markets and regulatory issues.
