Janine Schöne, born 1988 in Ahlen (Westphalia), studied law at the University of Münster while simultaneously completing a training as an information technology assistant. She completed her legal clerkship in Münster and Hamburg.
She has been a lawyer since 2017 and has previously worked in the fields of real estate law, investment law and corporate law at a boutique real estate law firm in Hamburg. Janine Schöne joined ZENK in January 2019 as a lawyer focusing on real estate law, real estate business law, tenancy law, residential property law, corporate law, capital markets law and investment law.
In November 2022, Janine Schöne successfully completed the part-time Master’s program “Real Estate Law” and was awarded the academic degree Master of Laws (LL.M.) by the Westphalian Wilhelms University Münster.
Janine Schöne advises national and international clients on real estate transactions including legal due diligence, commercial tenancy law, asset management and project development. A further focus is the advice and support in the establishment of real estate funds (real estate alternative investment funds “AIF”), as well as the ongoing advice of our clients on specific corporate, capital markets and regulatory issues.
